Marine Conservation
At TIPI BEACH, we are proud to be an official partner of the Healthy Seas® environmental organization. Thanks to your support, we can donate 10% of our profits to their mission to save marine life.
By salvaging ghost nets (drifting fishing nets) and other debris with volunteer divers, Healthy Seas® prevents trash from remaining in the oceans and increasingly destroying the livelihoods of marine life. In addition, Healthy Seas® works hard to raise public awareness to positively change all of our actions.
Since its inception in 2013, Healthy Seas® has collected 585 tons of waste nets and ensured they become a valuable resource instead of ending up in a landfill or the natural environment.
Fishing nets collected by Healthy Seas enter the ECONYL® regeneration system along with other nylon waste. Sustainable ECONYL® yarn can be endlessly recycled without using new resources.
TIPI BEACH’s goal is to use only ECONYL® yarn and other recycled materials to contribute to circular fashion and conserve natural resources.
Let’s turn waste into treasure!
