EXCHANGE

Please note that orders placed cannot be subsequently changed. Therefore, always check your details and your shopping cart carefully before you finally place your order.

Unfortunately, we can not directly exchange your delivered order.

If you need a different size, color or model, we ask you to place a new order directly in our online store.

Please send the goods you have already received back to us as a return.

RETURN

For a return, please send your TIPI BEACH item back to us insured with tracking. You bear the return shipping costs.

Please enclose a note with your return, stating your order number, your item and the reason. This way your return can be processed even faster.

Returns from non-EU countries must have the invoice attached to the outside of the package and must also be clearly marked as RETOURE. Otherwise, import duties may apply.

To save resources, please use our shipping box again.

As soon as we have received and processed your return, the purchase price will be refunded to the payment method selected at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the return of your order including your credit.

Please note that no returns or exchanges are possible for SALE products as well as gift certificates.

TIPI BEACH products can only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all labels attached within 14 days.

Therefore, always try on our products only with and over your own underwear. Thank you!
